Ordering and Terms
- A customer collects items to the Shopping Cart after which sends an Order Form
for the collected products. Now the Password to My Account will be informed.
- Communication between a customer and Prismasonic takes place at My Account. The customer will be informed for the new messages by email.
- After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, the total price and payment instructions will be informed at My Account
- The items will be shipped to customer after the payment to Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account has been completed.
- Despatch confirmation of the items is also informed at My Account, where also now is the link for the receipt and for the tracking number of shipment.
- If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to
return the product within three weeks after the shipment has been received.
- In this case the total cost of the purchase will be returned to the customer,
once the items have been received by Prismasonic.
- Prismasonic products carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years for parts and labour, from the purchase date.
