How to make an internet order?
- A customer fills out and sends an electrical Order Form, after which the PASSWORD
to My Account will be given
- Communication between a customer and seller takes place at 'My Account' or via email
- After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, it will be confirmed at 'My Account'. Also the availability, total
cost and payment terms will be informed to customer
- A customer has the right to cancel the order, also after the order form has been
sent
- All customers will remit the payment in Euros by International
Money Order (bank transfer) or via PayPal (online from a credit card or checking
account)
- The item will be shipped to customer after the payment has arrived in the
Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account
- The item shipping is confirmed to customer at 'My Account', which also includes the receipt and the tracking code of the shipment
- The handling time is usually 1-2 working days
- If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to
return the product within two weeks after the shipment has been received
- In this case the total cost of the product will be returned to the customer,
once the purchase has been sent back and received by Prismasonic
- The guarantee time for Prismasonic products is 24 months
