How to make an internet order?

• A customer fills out and sends an electrical Order Form, after which the PASSWORD
  to My Account will be given


• Communication between a customer and seller takes place at 'My Account' or via email


• After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, it will be confirmed at 'My Account'. Also the availability, total cost and payment terms will be informed to customer


• A customer has the right to cancel the order, also after the order form has been sent


• All customers will remit the payment in Euros by International Money Order (bank transfer) or via PayPal (online from a credit card or checking account)


• The item will be shipped to customer after the payment has arrived in the Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account


• The item shipping is confirmed to customer at 'My Account', which also includes the receipt and the tracking code of the shipment


• The handling time is usually 1-2 working days


• If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to return the product within two weeks after the shipment has been received


• In this case the total cost of the product will be returned to the customer, once the purchase has been sent back and received by Prismasonic


• The guarantee time for Prismasonic products is 24 months
