How to make an internet order?

1. A customer fills out and sends an electrical Order Form, after which the PASSWORD
   to My Account will be given.


2. Communication between a customer and seller takes place at 'My Account' or via email.


3. After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, it will be confirmed via 'My Account'. Also the availability, total cost and payment information will be informed to the customer.


4. A customer has the right to cancel the order, even after the order form has been sent.


5. All customers will remit the payment in Euros by International Money Order (bank transfer) or via PayPal (online from a credit card or checking account). After this, the contract will be confirmed.


6. The item will be shipped to the customer after the payment has arrived in the Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account.


7. After this, the customer will be informed about the purchase via 'My Account', which will also include the receipt and the tracking code of the shipment.


8. The handling time is usually between 1-2 working days.


9. If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to return the product within two weeks after the shipment has been received.


10. In this case the total cost of the product will be returned to the customer, once the purchase has been sent back and received by Prismasonic.


11. The guarantee time for Prismasonic products is 18 months.
