How to make an internet order?
- A customer fills out and sends an electronic Order Form, after which the PASSWORD
to My Account will be sent
- Communication between a customer and seller takes place at 'My Account' or via email
- After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, it will be confirmed at 'My Account'. In addition to the product’s availability, the customer will be informed as to its total cost and payment terms
- A customer has the right to cancel the order, even after the order form has been
sent
- All customers must remit the payment in Euros by International
Money Order (bank transfer) or via PayPal (online from a credit card or checking
account)
- The item will be shipped to customer after the payment to Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account has been confirmed.
- Shipping confirmation of the item can be found in 'My Account', which also includes the receipt and the shipment’s tracking number.
- The handling time is usually 1-2 working days
- If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to
return the product within two weeks after the shipment has been received
- In this case the total cost of the product will be returned to the customer,
once the purchase has been received by Prismasonic.
- Prismasonic products carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years parts and labour, from the purchase date.
