How to make an internet order?
- A customer fills out and sends an electrical Order Form, after which the PASSWORD
to My Account will be given.
- Communication between a customer and seller takes place at 'My Account' or via email.
- After the order has been processed by Prismasonic, it will be confirmed via 'My Account'. Also the availability, total
cost and payment information will be informed to the customer.
- A customer has the right to cancel the order, even after the order form has been
sent.
- All customers will remit the payment in Euros by International
Money Order (bank transfer) or via PayPal (online from a credit card or checking
account). After this, the contract will be confirmed.
- The item will be shipped to the customer after the payment has arrived in the
Prismasonic’s bank or Paypal account.
- After this, the customer will be informed about the purchase via 'My Account', which will also include the receipt and the tracking code of the shipment.
- The handling time is usually between 1-2 working days.
- If customer is dissatisfied with the product, one has the right to
return the product within two weeks after the shipment has been received.
- In this case the total cost of the product will be returned to the customer,
once the purchase has been sent back and received by Prismasonic.
- The guarantee time for Prismasonic products is 18 months.
